I didn’t start my career in wellness because everything came naturally to me. In fact, it was the opposite.

For years, I bounced between routines that looked “healthy” on the outside but never felt sustainable on the inside. I was trying to keep up—juggling work, stress, expectations, and the pressure to do everything “right.” I knew what I should be doing, yet somehow it still felt overwhelming, inconsistent, or impossible to maintain.

And yet, I was drawn to world of health & wellness. It was my work as a personal trainer and nurse that drew me to coaching.

Day after day, I met people who were trying their best—people who wanted to feel better, move better, live better—but were drowning in confusing advice and unrealistic standards. I saw how often the conversation focused on perfection instead of practicality, on rigid rules instead of real life. It became clear that most people didn’t need another diet, another program, or another plan—they needed support, clarity, and the confidence to adapt as life changed.

That realization shaped everything.

I began coaching with a simple belief: wellness works best when it works with your life, not against it. Over the years—through additional training, countless clients, and my own personal growth—I learned that the real key isn’t the perfect plan. It’s mindset. It’s empowerment. It’s learning how to pivot when life shifts, instead of starting over again and again.

Today, that’s the heart of my work.
